My name is Maddie Stegenga & I am so excited to be your 4th-grade teacher this year.

This will be my 5th year teaching and my second year in the Brandon Valley District.  Last year, I taught computers at Fred Assam & Inspiration Elementary. Before coming to Brandon, I taught 4th grade in a small town in Minnesota. 

In my free time, I love to spend time with family, going to the lake in the summers, shopping, traveling, and reading.

I graduated from The University of South Dakota with my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a minor in reading and an endorsement in technology.  I then attended SMSU to receive my Master's degree in Learning & Leadership. 

I am looking forward to a fantastic year in 4th grade!
